As with share permissions, the reports window may be used to run a variety of predefined reports to locate documents or analyse statistical information. Searches may be done against the document name, path, file extension or the documents' contents.

Once a document is located, you can click the link to open the document or file directly in the reports browser, or save the report and documents.
