The ShareRight report window contains a number of ready made reports which are self-explanatory.

Simply select the report from the side bar list and click Execute to display the results. Updated reports a regularly available, to load a an updated set of reports  click "Update Reports" under "Config". The report file will be downloaded from the ShareRight website and automatically installed.

Some reports require additional information, either from a drop down list or by entering text that you wish to search for.

• Any document may be opened directly in the report window by clicking its link, subject to your user account having sufficient access rights.
• Once a report has been run, you may save it as an html document by clicking the save button.
• For advanced users, the SQL used for each report is displayed in the bottom pane and may be edited to produce the report you require.
